I love self-help books and this one was my new year read. The advice is good and helpful and I lost 7lbs in the 30 days just by following the simple plan. It is a positive look at health and it is a plan I will follow in my quest to thinner and a lot more healthier.

One of those books that allows you to connect with the author as a person and not just somebody shooting information and guidelines at you. The memoir-type component of this book drove a lot of the stuff home, making it much more relatable and easier to implement in your own life. Really good advice and tips - well worth checking out!
